Ross McCrindle
Partner | Interim & Contract Solutions
I’ve spent the past 11 years specialising in the interim market, matching brilliant candidates with great businesses. My relationships are very important to me and it shows in my work.
Whether your need is long or short term, or you have a specialist project in mind, I pride myself in knowing the best contractors in the market. My network includes qualified accountants with a month end focus to fund controllers with system implementation experience.
When I am not working, I’m a big family man and love having an early breakfast with my daughter and son. I absolutely love my golf, rugby and trying to perfect curry recipes.
Henry Morse
Partner | Senior Finance and Executive search
I look after our Senior Finance and Executive search functions. I have developed my expertise in these areas over the last fourteen years.
Developing a long-term relationship with both my candidates and prospective employers is paramount. Many candidates become clients and vice versa.
Working with the highest level of integrity and helping develop candidates’ careers is at the heart of what I do and love about the industry.
Outside of the office, I’m an avid cook, sports fan and enjoy experiencing new travels with my wife.
Luke O’Neill
Partner | Senior Finance
I run our Senior Finance & Accounting practice. My job is to match qualified accountants with some of London’s most dynamic and innovative businesses.
The roles I typically tend to recruit for broadly cover management reporting; statutory reporting; commercial and strategic finance; fund reporting and finance leadership positions.
In my spare time, I’m crazy for endurance challenges. I’ve spent the last few years running in marathons, ultra-marathons and Ironman triathlons. My goal next year is to swim the English Channel so watch this space!
Harry Dickensson
I sit on the Senior Finance & Accounting team at Equifind. My experience has been gained from seven years of knowing the market and helping businesses find brilliant candidates!
For me it’s the long term, and I pride myself on building long lasting relationships so that I can really help someone secure a new role, or a client a new team member. My core area is filling positions in the management reporting; statutory reporting; fund reporting and commercial finance area.
Outside of work, you’ll see me trying to get to grips with cooking (definite work in progress), heading out on long walks and escaping the city back up to the countryside.
Louis Clissold
My main focus is to support with Fund Operations, in addition to looking after entry level accounting roles right up the newly qualified level.
I especially enjoy working with businesses in the sell-side sector whether it be traders, brokers, investment banks or fintechs!
Concentrating on both Permanent and Interim markets, I ensure that there is a high rate of delivery that both markets require in terms of speed, market knowledge and actual product of specialist candidates.
On the weekend, dependant of which season we’re in, you can either find me on the golf course in SW London, a rugby pitch representing Thamesians RFC or cricket square tail-ending for Hampton Woodlawn CC.
Caroline King
I have specialised recruiting within the qualified accounting space across both financial services and the commerce & industry markets for the last 11 years. During that time, I have developed a network of clients and candidates alike who know and trust me with their requirements.
Finding people their dream job or team member is something I am truly passionate about!
Outside of work I am kept busy with my toddler Margot, horse riding and perfecting my garden!
Jen Hall
I focus on interim recruitment within Commerce & Industry, placing qualified accountants into businesses across short and long-term engagements.
I take pride in truly knowing the market and finding the right person for the right role.
Genuine, long-lasting connections with both candidates and clients are what I'm all about. Helping someone take the next step in their career, always with honesty and care, is something I take real pride in.
Outside of work, I'm making the most of being on Europe's doorstep with weekend city breaks, road trips, and catching live music whenever I can.
Carmine Scalzo
I lead our qualified and senior finance teams across our Commerce & Industry practice. With over 20 years of recruitment experience, I specialise in senior finance leadership appointments, primarily within Founder-Led, VC-backed, and Private Equity portfolio businesses.
I pride myself on my deep market knowledge and transparent approach, which has helped me build long-standing relationships and trusted partnerships throughout my career.
Outside of work, family takes priority, and much of my time is spent taking my kids between their many activities. When I do get some time to myself, you’ll usually find me training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or in the gym.
Alex Levy
I specialise in mid-to-senior HR recruitment across Financial Services throughout the UK, EMEA and the US in the main.
With over 16 years of recruitment experience, I have built a strong track record placing HR talent across both generalist and specialist disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, Employee Relations, DEI, and Organisational Change. Priding myself on in depth market knowledge, commercial approach and long-term focus on relationships, allows me to attract and retain exceptional HR talent in fast-paced, international environments for my clients.
Outside of work, I am a busy and proud dad of two to Ella and Jack who keep him firmly on me firmly on my toes. In my spare time, I enjoy a bit of cooking, playing snooker and padel , and I am an avid supporter of Liverpool FC.
Jess McCrindle
I have over 8 years of recruitment experience within the IT function, supporting both interim and permanent searches across financial services and within Commerce & industry.
I specialise in infrastructure, project services, and the engineering space.
I pride myself on delivering great service to both my candidates and clients, as I feel this is integral to being a great recruiter.
When not working, it’s all about my kids and running. Most of the time it’s running after my kids!
Jessica King
Finance and Office Manager
I have returned to the workplace on a part-time basis after an extended maternity leave and the excitement of having beautiful twins. I look after the company’s books and records and love working with our interim workers and receiving their weekly timesheets!
I’ve helped build and grow two recruitment businesses in the past and bring almost 20 years (yikes!) of finance and office experience to the team.
I also support the running of my family hospitality business.
